How your details are handled
This page covers what you send through the free workflow idea form and the comments or messages you send to Jessie Calm on Facebook, TikTok and Instagram asking for one.
What is collected
- Your name, if you give it
- Where to reply: an email address, a social media handle or a phone number
- Your business and the task you want to automate
- Which page or social account you came from, and when you sent it
The form page also counts its visits: one daily total per social account. The count holds no name, address, device or cookie, so it cannot be traced back to you. So that a visit is counted once, a marker stays in your browser tab until you close it. Your internet address is kept in memory for about ten minutes to stop abuse and is never written to the lead list.
Why
Only to reply to your request with a workflow idea and, if you answer, to talk about it with you. You will not be added to a mailing list, and your details are never sold or shared for advertising.
Where it is kept
In a private Google Sheet that only Jessie Calm can open. The form runs on Vercel and the sheet on Google. New requests also appear in a private Discord channel so they are answered quickly. To speed up replies, the task you describe may be read by an AI model (Anthropic Claude) to draft an idea, which is always checked before anything is sent.
How long
Up to 12 months after our last message, then deleted. Ask any time and it is deleted sooner.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 you can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to them being kept. Email hellojessiecalm@gmail.com and it will be done within 15 days.
